Well, just like it says on the tin, it selects non-adjacent text anywhere in a Word file to which the same formatting has been applied-everything styled H1, for example, or everything that’s bold and italic, or everything in red type-so that you can make a quick style or formatting change to all that text at once. Once upon a time, Select Text with Similar Formatting was a right-click option in Word. What if we told you that you can make the same change to many similar paragraphs at the same time?
